I help create more enjoyable, more valuable and more profitable businesses. Understanding what makes individuals tick and organisations work is at the heart of what I do on a daily basis.

With experience across SMEs and Bluechips I have worked in a number of environments and seen the impact that taking (or not taking) a people-centric view can have on the business; in terms of both profitability and more importantly culture. The 9-5 is a thing of the past with more people looking to work with businesses that echo their views and beliefs.

As business leaders we can create unique organisations that support our teams and provide them with a rewarding career to ensure work is not a chore.

I take a serious subject that is often overlooked or ignored and relate it to everyday businesses in a humorous and engaging fashion.
