As a leadership coach, I work with individuals who could use support in adjusting to a new country, in bridging the gap between cross-cultural relations, and in maximizing the potentials of their expatriate employees. I open my clients eyes and ears to the world of their own cultural suitcase of expectations, limitations, prejudices, and baggage. I bring in a new concept of perception to allow for curiosity, understanding and sharing thus maximizing the pool of worldly views, problem-solving skills, and greater cohesion among their international partners. I am a life coach specializing in cross-cultural understanding and adjustment.

I have had the fortune to travel throughout Europe and Asia and live all over North America and beyond. These opportunities have all presented unique challenges that I feels proud to have conquered. I feel fortunate to have provided my children and family the opportunities to see how others live, work, and think.

I have worked/lived internationally in countries such as Canada, Bermuda, USA and India. I have worked in many industries including aerospace, hedge funds, semiconductor capital equipment, real estate, and education.
