Having spent the past 8 years working in regional economic and community development, I have been fortunate enough to have experienced this space from both the entrepreneurial approach and the resource provider perspective. Am Currently working with Tamarind global as their Head of Trainings and HR, where in managing people with their off and on mood swings has been my matter interest over the time and being associated as Chief of staff in the initial days has given me a wide range of approach and being to the point in understanding the variances on both sides.
Am passionate about working one-on-one with rural communities and entrepreneurs to develop strategies for collaborative progress and then catalyzing those initiatives with authenticity, innovation and a deep respect for cultural values.
