Ms. Grady is a bilingual international speaker, and corporate and university trainer. She specializes in global expansion and relocation advising for multi-national companies by helping business owners expand their operations domestically and internationally. She is passionate about helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families achieve and protect the "American Dream".
Ms. Grady lectures around the world on business formation in the US, hot topics in employment law, and immigration law updates. She is fluent in Spanish and English. In addition, she provides on-site, classroom-style leadership and sexual harassment prevention and leadership training for corporations.
Ms. Grady earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School, her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/ International Relations from UC San Diego, and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Straus Institute.
She has lectured across California, DC, Canada, and Chile.
