A software engineer and architect by profession, Anshu worked in high pressure environment of Silicon Valley for 16 years. Even with a great career and big bucks, life still lacked meaning. Seven years ago, Anshu took a break of a year and moved to Bali. Rest is history, her life went through a huge transformation and found her true nature. She decided to become a yoga and meditation teacher, she wrote a book called 'Pressure to Pleasure - A Seven Pillar Pathway to Living Your Best Life' and she co-founded a software company called Zmaaya that creates software solutions for holistic health and wellness practitioners. Anshu teaches her signature workshops 'Pressure to Pleasure' and host cacao ceremonies internationally.
