As well as training, coaching and speaking, Neil founded award-winning business development network, Zokit following a successful career in leadership roles within the public sector. He currently lives in Cardiff and when not at conferences and events across the UK or abroad, can often be found in his wellies, walking somewhere in the mountains or along the coast.
