Dan Udale

I'm Dan Udale, I've struggled with my mental health since I was a teenager. My dad had a simple conversation with me when I was 18 that probably saved my life, since that day I've been going to therapy to learn more about myself and fix the insecurities of the past and PTSD, during the journey over the last 6 years I fell in love with the process of developing and improving my life through therapy and now I'm training to become a therapist! I feel so strongly about the skills and strategies I've through therapy and life in general that i want to pass that onto others and educate them using my story as an example that it's ok to have a mental illness and that there is a healthy way to manage and resolve issues.
