Kristin Trujeque

I have led successful teams through major change and developed leaders at all levels. With a military background, I teach workshops that dive into self-reflection, accountability, and a layer of fun. I am passionate about making leaders the best version of themselves through high levels of emotional intelligence, strengths assessments, strategic growth, and building a personal brand. Leading workshops and having individuals leave with a revitalized mindset and a newfound engagement drives me to continue to work.

Personally, I’m nearly complete with my PhD in Organizational Leadership and Development. I have worked as a Director of Learning and Development for finance, mortgage, and currently in AI. I have 8 years of Air Force service and two little ones at home.
