My goal is to inspire others and provide hope because I know how difficult it can be to see the light when there's so much negativity in the air.

I'm currently a 29 year old marketing professional who works in the mental healthcare space. I'm living my vibrant life thanks to God & a rarely done, highly dangerous brain surgery.

I've learned about the impacts of thought patterns and how vital positivity, support and faith are to recovery.
