Generation "THEM" is all about examining each American generation's common perspectives so that we can better understand one another. This one to one-and-a-half-hour presentation gives a solid base for your team to understand what roles generational diversity plays in today's workforce and HOW those behaviors developed based on culture and history.

It’s not so much workplace bullying that is causing turnover in today’s workplace as much as the thousands of micro-aggressions that add up over of time. Micro-aggressions are statements, actions or incidents regarded as an instance if indirect, subtle or unintentional discrimination that keeps certain people groups feeling powerless. genWHY takes a topic that is historically difficult to discuss and peppers it with APPROPRIATE amounts of laughter and storytelling to help attendees learn what micro-aggressions they may be unwittingly using and encourage them to take action against these behaviors at work.
