Through getting clear on my desires and a lot of inner work I went through a transformation. Our journey to a fulfilled, positive, and healthy life is just that, a journey. It's never ending and there is always work to be done. Through my journey and transformation, I have found a passion for helping other women get out of their own way and take action to feel whole and create a healthier, fulfilled life they desire through self-love and a positive mindset.
