I love deep conversations that unearth true limiting beliefs and believe wholeheartedly in the power of a positive perspective!
With my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, I have examined how cruicial connection and healthy relationships are in the healing process! I have found that by revealing the dynamics that no longer serve you, you have the power to create whatever relationships you desire!
My walk began with my own story as a child of a narcissistic parent. I was always the mediator as a child, and the protector of my siblings. Although my parent was not physically abusive with me, the emotional manipulation and tension that I grew up on enabled the way I looked for a partner in my own relationships. I always felt less than, and didn’t discover my true worth until I faced what beliefs I had about relationship!
I am enough and have always been enough! Love is unconditional!
