Sohel Kapasi is a seasoned professional product and UX design leader and trainer. His primary focus is in teaching and practicing design innovation and creativity management. He is also a strong proponent of collaborative creativity and applying independent creative talent management.
Sohel has 18 years of direct industry experience ranging from multimedia design to consulting/advisory roles in the User Experience field. He has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. His teaching experience at India’s elite and prestigious National Institute of Design includes lectures and interactive labs concentrated on Design Innovation Management.
Sohel is the first Innovation Manager in the US certified by the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA). He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Wisconsin.
