I've spoken on IT, project and program management, and cyber security issues at international conferences in North America, Europe, and the Middle East since 1994, drawing from decades of experience in working in complex and cutting-edge organizations. I've had the good fortune to be involved in numerous transformations: from analog telephony to digital networks to software development; from waterfall project management to complex and agile program management; from the early days of information warfare to the emergence of cyberspace as a domain of operations. In all of these, I've been able to dive into the nitty-gritty details and switch to helping people make sense of things from the outside and from the 10,000-meter view.
