Micala McCoy, M.Ed. is an author, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader dedicated to empowering women, youth, and families through storytelling, education, and community programs. As the founder of Wildflower Home for Girls and Flowerbomb Consulting LLC, she has led initiatives in leadership development, creative arts, and professional growth. Drawing from her own journey as a mother, educator, and advocate, Micala brings a voice of resilience, authenticity, and empowerment to every stage. She is currently writing her second novel while building platforms that inspire women to rise beyond circumstance and step into purpose.
