Bio

Dr. Gye Johnson is a retired CIA leadership expert, U.S. Army veteran, and organizational strategist who has coached and trained more than 5,000 federal employees and executives.

With a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, an Executive Certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University, and a Coaching Certification from George Mason University, Dr. Johnson brings over two decades of high-stakes leadership experience to today’s most pressing organizational challenges.

After retiring from public service, he founded Gye Johnson Leadership Consulting, LLC, and developed the STRIVE to HEAL™ Leadership Framework—an innovative model that addresses the dual challenge of building transformational leadership and recovering from its breakdown.
