Bio

PATRICK FARRAN, PhD, MBA, has nearly three decades of leadership experience across multiple industries and is an executive advisor/consultant, specializing in executive performance and organizational transformation. As the CEO of Ad Lucem Group, he helps organizations navigate complex change while building engagement. Previously, Patrick served as Director of Consulting for SAS Institute and taught and coached executive leaders in the University of Notre Dame's Executive MBA, Executive Master's of Non-Profit Administration, and traditional MBA programs. He holds degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (BS) and DePaul University (MBA) and a PhD in Values-Driven Leadership from Benedictine University. His research focuses on achieving successful organizational change, Appreciative Inquiry, and work meaningfulness. Beyond his professional work, he performs in community theatre and enjoys CrossFit and triathlon training
