Psychiatrist

I have been a psychiatrist in Orange County for close to twenty years. I treat a spectrum of psychiatric issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I have been the founder and medical director of OC Teen Center since 2021.

Feminist Writer

I grew up in Iran during the Islamic Revolution of 1979. I have personally experienced women's loss of basic human rights. As a psychiatrist in the United States, I have given much of my time to writing about my experiences as a young girl growing up in Iran.
