At the moment, Simon Arias is the State Director and President of the American Income Life Arias Agencies. In addition, he manages activities in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and Tennessee as the State General Agent. Simon joined AIL and worked his way up to manager, receiving incentives and recognition from the entire organization.
Committed to ongoing personal growth on all levels—mental, physical, and spiritual—Simon is proud of his role as a mentor in the corporate world as well as outside of it. Among his noteworthy accomplishments are the creation of numerous company records; at the age of 24, he became the youngest State General Agent in the history of the organization and led the fastest agency to reach weekly output milestones. Simon, a highly accomplished State General Agent, is the first SGA in the company's history to have won the esteemed title of State General Agent of the Year for two years in a row.
Simon’s prosperity has allowed him to give back significantly to the communities he works with. In his hometown of Youngstown, Ohio, he was instrumental in the launch of the youth initiative Inspiring Minds. More recently, Simon has increased his influence by starting Steel City Impact, a youth initiative that benefits the Pittsburgh region. Helping at-risk adolescents and their families is the main goal of this campaign. Beyond these projects in Simon's birthplace and now Pittsburgh, Arias Agencies continuously supports a variety of humanitarian causes because it believes that philanthropy is an essential component of success.
