Todd Christensen

Author and financial educator, Todd R. Christensen, AFC, MIM, MA guides conference attendees on a financial journey from anxiety and fear to hope and confidence, using stories, experiences and principles tailored to all.

Todd is Education Manager for Money Fit by DRS, Inc., a nationwide nonprofit financial wellness and credit counseling agency. Author of Everyday Money for Everyday People (2014), Todd develops educational programs and produces materials that teach personal financial skills and responsibilities. He is an Accredited Financial Counselor® and facilitates hundreds of workshops annually to thousands of individuals on the fundamentals of effective personal financial management.

Todd develops and publishes free personal finance webinars for all ages through MoneyFit.org. Topics include credit building, debt reduction, household budgeting, spending behaviors, savings strategies, and identity protection.

Todd recently served as board member and secretary of the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education, has served as president of the Idaho Jump$tart Coalition and serves on program coordinating committees for three housing authorities in Idaho.

His other published articles and booklets have addressed topics ranging from marriage and money to raising financially savvy children, from recovering from bankruptcy to controlling holiday spending.

He thrives on speaking at conferences and meetings and facilitating classroom presentations at all levels.
