Elysia Skye is a Mindful and Intuitive Business Coach. She motivates, inspires, and mentors heart-centered high achievers to fully live in their purpose, without burnout or self-judgement.
Elysia coaches team leaders and staff through difficult work situations that create burnout and overwhelm, typically resulting from change, including (but not limited to) restructuring, loss of jobs, personal trauma, state mandated policy updates, and global events beyond our control (ie: pandemic).
Her proven techniques reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, as well as help others how to listen to their intuition. This gives them the tools to make better decisions for themselves and others.
In addition to workplace mindfulness and stress reduction training, Elysia is a seasoned video producer and director, with a focus on educational and branded content (including Course Creation)
Elysia founded her production company, Metra Entertainment, a DBA of SKYE network, inc., in 2005, producing branded entertainment in the digital marketplace. Their focus has been on mindfulness in business, mandated training, wellness and beauty.
Past clients include NBC/E! Online, GAP inc, Sony, Disney, Oprah and more. It's an absolute joy for her team to produce, direct, write and oversee production for these amazing brands. Elysia is also an active member of the Producer’s Guild.
