Bio

For over 25 years, I have served as an attorney, compliance and ethics executive, athlete agent, HR executive, business owner, and graduate school professor. At present, I teach the Psychology of Leadership to graduate students including high-level military leaders, budding C-suite executives, former professional athletes, and business owners/consultants. I also serve as a career coach for some select clients and continuing to write on topics such as servant and authentic leadership, practical leadership practices post-COVID, and the psychology of leading teams.
