After dedicating three years to serving his country in the United States Air Force, 23-year-old RJ, alongside his brother Eric and father Gene, embarked on a new adventure. They founded Scriba Town Inn, turning a mere concept into RJ's first venture to hit a million dollars.

RJ's path then took an unexpected turn into the corporate world, where he began a thriving career in the Equipment Leasing and Finance industry. There, he dedicated himself to helping business owners, consistently achieving success and eventually becoming the CEO and President of UniFi Equipment Finance in 2013. Under RJ's leadership, the company saw phenomenal growth, skyrocketing its revenue from $13 million to a whopping $150 million.

Before this impressive feat, RJ held several key leadership roles at EverBank and Key Equipment Finance. He also shared his expertise as the treasurer of the Equipment Leasing Finance Association board. Beyond his corporate achievements, RJ is a respected author, known for his book "ABLE LEADERSHIP." He's recognized as a leading expert in Intrapreneurship, sales, and leadership, inspiring many with his insights and experiences.
