David Wright is the original innovator of MentFlexX INC. He is currently a health, wellness, and fitness (HWF) Coordinator. David has been experiencing the preventative side of medicine for about 35 years in the capacity of a FlexX Doctor. MentFlexX (MxF) is a blending combination of Hip Hop (B Boys), Bruce Lee’s theory of Jeet Kun Do, and the science of Thomas Kurz Stretching Scientifically. Doc originally from a very famous place of Arkansas, residences in Oklahoma, Washington, and Colorado. David has always been passionate with building things and mechanics, first it was construction, production was interesting, fascinated by vehicles. With the knowledge of how to repair or fix this or that adds to self esteem and can change a persons self worth? A Complex? Another fascination is the human body, and the brain. Prior to this, he attended the University of Arkansas (Westark), Platt and (TCC) Tulsa Community where he studied auto technology, nursing, and medical science courses. Anatomy is his favorite. Doc became a corpsman in the US Navy and has been in independent studies ever since.

After joining a martial art, David found out why he didn’t stick with being a B Boy. He didn’t have the flexibility to do certain movement like seating cross legged, kicks, joint locks, holds and pressure points. Flexibility became what he sought, a needed to be like Bruce Lee. David wanted to be a benefit to others, not at first, after each piece of the puzzle had been researched, experimented, and studied. After learning what it’s capable of that changed. A theoretical MentFlexX. All information researched, experimented, developed leading to a fountain of youth. Not the fountain, but a path leading to it. A MxF coordinator is capable of navigating the components of MxF, the data or numbers to suggest what is done at each plateau throughout each plateau, as the skill is mastered, the accuracy becomes that of a FlexX Doctor. Similar to grasshopper into sensai levels. When he has time David enjoys music, gardening at home, working on vehicles and spending time doing yard work and land scaping. Doc is also an avid reader, always looking for new book recommendations, so feel free to share some of your favorites with him. Finally, David welcomes any and all those that are interested in themselves, and those that may have any questions or seeking advice, assistance, or information from a human perspective about the human.
