Nya Abernathy, is an educator, writer, speaker, and guide. She is the founder of The Dignity Effect, a boutique education firm specializing in social-emotional learning experiences for adults with a particular focus on employee well-being within organizations. Her 15+ years of vocational experience in a variety of human service work in concert with her years-long personal journey toward well-being has deeply equipped Nya to accompany others on their journey.
