Jian is a technology, cybersecurity and data privacy leader with over 19 years of experience working in various industries, ranging from Defense, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Healthcare. He has architected and implemented the cybersecurity and privacy programs for small businesses and global enterprises to help them sustainably and securely scale their technology infrastructure and processes.
Jian is currently the Head of Cybersecurity and Technology Infrastructure for Better Therapeutics, an early growth phase company focused on delivering prescription digital therapeutics to help patients treat the underlying causes of cardiometabolic diseases. Prior to joining Better Therapeutics, Jian led the cybersecurity program at Dow Jones, a global media company, and worked closely with various teams to safeguard journalists and other staff from online threats. He also volunteers as a mentor for several non-profit organizations, such as Bottom Line, serves as a Board of Director member on IHRAF and is an active member of various professional organizations.
