If you love American football and have heard of the NFL Network, you will enjoy meeting the reason that it exists. Jantonio Turner was the first to say that America should have football on television 24 hours a day. In 1996, he founded the predecessor to the NFL Network, TFN, The Football Network. Once he turned 50, he accidentally lost 20 pounds using intermittent fasting. He then would go on to lose 60 pounds, wrote a book on the experience (The Real Truth: Eat, Sleep, Breathe, Wait & Lose Weight), started a Facebook Group dedicated to the subject and he has given speeches on weight loss heard by thousands.
