As a dedicated law enforcement professional with 21 years of experience, I have built a career on a foundation of integrity, service, and commitment to protecting my community. Throughout my tenure, I have honed my skills in investigations, emergency response, and community relations, consistently earning commendations for my work in these areas.
Currently serving as a Lieutenant with the La Crosse Police Department, I have gained expertise in Community Policing/Community Engagement, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), and Alcohol Compliance. I have also participated in Data Driven practices and Leadership Training which has prepared me to handle a wide range of challenging situations.
In addition to my on-the-job experience, I have also demonstrated a commitment to ongoing professional development. I regularly attend training sessions and conferences, and have completed Northwestern's School of Public Safety Police Staff and Command. I am passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in law enforcement, and am eager to bring this knowledge to bear in my work.
