Dustin Giannelli is the CEO & Founder of HearsDustin LLC based in Boston, MA. As a DEI and Accessibility focused public speaker and business professional who is profoundly deaf, Dustin shares his lived experiences, knowledge, PASSION and resources to highlight the importance of DEI best practices, accessibility and communication.

Dustin's profound bilateral hearing loss since the age of five has never defined him. Instead, it has allowed him to overcome life’s challenges and spread positivity in a powerful way. His mission is to bring awareness to the solutions that give those with hearing loss the equitable access they need everyday.

Dustin has a Bachelors Degree from the University of New Hampshire Business School and 10+ years in marketing, sales, accessibility consulting and public speaking. He is an athlete and fitness enthusiast and a source of motivation and inspiration.
