I sit on the Coast Dispute Committee. This is a joint industrial council that meets once a month to review and investigate labour issues and present recommendations in the hospitality sector.

I am a Co-Founder of Women in HR Kenya, our goal is to empower women and coach them to be great leaders in their workplace.Together with my co founder we started Women in HR Kenya in the year 2021 and so far the impact has been positive. The success stories of women being mentored and improved performance at their work place has been overwhelming.
