Zummer Sheikh

My name is Zummer Sheikh, I am an RPN from Hamilton, ON. I graduated Mohawk's Practical Nursing program in May 2021. Since then I have had multiple clinical experiences that have uplifted my skills and helped me gain confidence in my profession of being a Registered Practical Nurse. My first job as an RPN was at a Telemedicine walk-in clinic, my duties were to do full assessment based on each individuals concern and working solely with doctors to connect them to the patient virtually and come to a discussion of what would be best for our patient. I also have skills in geriatric nursing; more specifically those effected by advanced dementia. I currently work at an endoscopy clinic in Burlington which has been an excellent hands-on experience for me so far and I am casually at a LTC facility in Dundas! My other interests involve beauty, aesthetics and fashion.
