Zenia Robinson is known as the "Number 1 Mental Health and Faith Chick!" She is a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Educator and Author. Zenia's greatest passion is speaking and educating about mental health. Zenia's area of expertise include mental health and faith, mental health and entrepreneurship and maternal mental health.

Zenia resides in Florida with her husband and 5 amazing children. She has a Master's Degree in Social Work. Zenia's goal is to help establish mental health ministries in 1000 churches! Through professional speaking, education and community outreach, Zenia is making great strides to reduce the stigma of mental illness.

"Saving Superwoman"

In 45 minutes this session changes the narrative that about self-care. Through the use of hands-on interaction, candid personal experiences and clinical knowledge, this session addresses the dangerous and toxic glorification of "busy" that many women often ascribe to.

This session emphasizes the importance of self-care to maintain mental wellness and prevent the onset of mental health issues such as Depression and Anxiety.

Members of the audience increase their insight about being intentional, reciprocity and self-love.

"Prayer & the Pill"

This presentation increases insight and awareness about mental health. By the end of this presentation audience members will understand the difference between mental health and mental wellness. Audience members will be able to identify the church's role in supporting mental health treatment and the benefits of collaborating with mental health professionals. Audience members will leave with action steps that can be immediately implemented in their respective churches.
