Bio

I am the founder and head coach of Helix Gym. My passion for helping others reach their potential led me to create a space where everyone can push themselves to be better no matter what your fitness level. I'm most known for being a celebrity trainer and private chef, having worked with the cast of Queer Eye on Netflix. I have competed in weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding, and triathlons.

Traditionally, fitness and healthcare have been considered two separate things. Thankfully that's changing and we're recognizing how fitness can and should be a part of your overall healthcare regimen. We’ll talk about its role in preventative healthcare, in health management and recovery from health issues, and the role of fitness in mental health.
