Before starting Clean Slate Credit LLC, William Frazier a New Orleans native received his Bachelors in Business Management at Alabama State University after falling victim to Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. After receiving his Bachelor's he received his Master's degree in Finance. Once William completed college he found himself in loads of debt from making bad decisions with credit cards in college, collections on his credit, and worst of all co-signing for family members.
Nonetheless, he was able to get a job with Wells Fargo as a personal and business banker. This is when he got his credit in order.
William's passion for helping people with their credit developed after William witnessed hundreds of other people in Wells Fargo getting declined from their dreams of becoming home owners, investors, etc.due to making the same mistakes that he made. William decided he had to do something and started doing research on how to help others improve their credit. Ironically, he fell in love with helping people so much that he launched Clean Slate Credit LLC Valentine's Day February 14, 2014. After Clean Slate Credit LLC launched William took it to the next level and became a certified credit counselor. He made it mandatory to further his knowledge in his field by linking with some of the top credit experts, employees of the credit bureaus, and FICO to get more insight.
William also prides himself in giving back to the community. He served as the connect group leader of Better Credit Better life (a credit and financial education class) at his church Safe Harbor, a 2,000+ member church. He also spoke to hundreds participants of the Montgomery Housing Authority programs, high schools, colleges, seminars, and more. Most attendee's goals were usually to buy a home but some had other goals such as starting a business, purchasing a car, qualifying for a job, etc.
Four years after launching Clean Slate credit William met the love of his life Hope Frazier, they were married 8 months later, and they currently have 2 sons.
William has been invited & interviewed by the WSFA news station to discuss credit and other finance topics, he's been featured on credit cards.com, and more. He’s a certified credit counselor and a licensed Realtor in Alabama & South Carolina. Clean Slate Credit LLC is currently one of the highest rated credit repair companies in Alabama and is licensed to do business in 17 states.
