Wail Kherrazi

My name is Wail Kherrazi, I am the founder of WailSalutem. Salutem is the Latin name for health and respect showing, WailSalutem is a technology company that strives for health, privacy and respectful social values.

I am a young person (14 years old) who is committed to peace, freedom, friendship and respect, who "sacrifices" himself for others. My ambition is to be part of the youth that colors his or her environment and thus the world a little more beautifully.

I am not only a trend watcher, but also a doer. In addition to my passion for technology, 'hard work' is in my DNA. As an entrepreneur, I am constantly looking for new ways to solve problems and create value for people and society. I do this with my company: Wailsalutem

With my company WailSalutem I want to help society with our simple but smart solutions. As an example: during the corona crisis, I want to help people in a simple and above all respectful way to keep a distance of one and a half meters. Instead of asking people every time (at a counter or in a store) to keep a distance of 1.5 meters, which usually comes across as personal and disrespectful, I think we can avoid this negative aspect by using WailSalutem Social Supporting Device. A device that I invented and marketed.

As a young inventor and entrepreneur, I take people to an inspiring future, in which the way we live, work and do business will change drastically. Despite the fact that I am still relatively young, I have been able to achieve great results in the field of social research and technology in recent years.

I regularly speak at events, in which I show people how technology is going to change our lives. Where I not only keep my enthusiasm for myself, but connect young and old with the aim of ensuring that people immediately want to get started themselves. I take people on a journey, in which I share personal stories and tips that have helped me to get to where I am today.

Why am I an inspiration to many people?

It's always hard to say this about yourself. But if you hear my life story and especially that at the age of 12 from my inner strength, my proactivity, positivity and attitude in difficult times during lockdown I was able to motivate and mobilize people to set up a company and a foundation. Inspiration offers hope & provides guidance for a positive future. I think this might be a great source of inspiration for companies and leaders.

Above all, be yourself, do what you believe in and not be limited in thought: innovation and thinking in possibilities. Working or doing things from passion and energy. It often doesn't feel like work, but rather like practicing my hobby.
