I am a passionate Digital Transformation Leader at Larsen & Toubro Ltd., an Indian multinational. My role involves working with senior leadership to cultivate the optimal digital ambition. I specialize in defining and implementing digital strategy to achieve organization’s digital ambition. With over 15 years of experience in Program and Project management, I analyze business value chain, to identify and implement the right digital projects. I head Information Technology domains including Software, IT Infrastructure and lead cyber security endeavours as CISO.
Leading a team of Data Enthusiasts, we deliver projects in areas of Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Internet of Things, Mobility Systems, Tracking Systems, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and lifecycle Digital Twins. Apart from these, my areas of interest include leveraging Product Lifecycle Management (3DS and Siemens based) for 3D based manufacturing.
I like to contribute to my field of Digitalization by knowledge sharing. I have been a speaker at IIM-C (Leadership Connect 2021), PDEU (Industry connect series 2021), UBS Forums (Key Note speaker – CISO Conclave 2.0 2021).
