Bio

Vicki Landers passion is live interactive presentations that entertain, educate, and inspire. She is the CEO of In Progress Coaching. and a Physical Therapist. Through In Progress Coaching Vicki helps healthcare leaders who are passionate and determined, uncover their leadership skills so they end each day satisfied and fulfilled by the work they do. She has worked in health care since 1993 as a front-line clinician, leader, and IT analyst. She has practiced in a variety of settings and a variety of states, most notably in the Home Care space. She regularly presents for the Missouri Alliance for Home Care, and has also spoken for the Missouri Physical Therapy Association, Pony Express Health Information Management Association among others.

In addition to her coaching practice Vicki is adjunct faculty at Rockhurst University teaching chronic disease and exercise concepts to undergraduates headed towards careers in health care and she sees private exercise clients in their home prolonging exceptional quality of life for people with chronic disease.
