Vernon Brown was born in Richmond, VA where he resides till this day with his 3-year-old son, Logan. Vernon struggled the first 20 years of his life trying to make sense of where he belonged. Vernon came from an abusive and drug-ridden household.
He studied Psychology at VCU and has a certificate in Fine Arts from John Tyler Community College.
Vernon worked as a model, an actor in NY and as a Personal Trainer for many years. However, that was not fulfilling for the change he wanted to see in people. For the past five years, he has studied and coached hundreds of men and women on finding and sustaining their true HAPPIness.

Through turmoil and tribulations in his childhood and into adulthood, Vernon Brown had to make a decision that would alter his life and build resilience to become the man he is today.
