Bio

As an international speaker with over 100 workshops and public speaking engagements under my belt, my journey has taken me across continents, delivering webinars and conferences in multiple languages in Asia, South America, and Europe. My diverse speaking experiences have enabled me to connect with a global audience, sharing insights and fostering discussions on pivotal topics.

In Lebanon, where I've been a frequent speaker, my focus has been on addressing key issues such as overcoming bullying, enhancing mental health in the workplace, mastering stress management, and developing emotional intelligence. My talks also delve into building conscious relationships and nurturing a deep connection with one's inner child. These topics reflect my commitment to promoting well-being and personal growth, resonating with a wide range of audiences.

Connecting with your inner child

Addressing the emotional scars from our childhood is crucial to fully blossom as adults. The pain we felt during our formative years often lingers and influences our adult behavior, leading us to repeat certain patterns. This workshop offers a path to healing, helping you reconnect with and nurture your inner child.

"Throughout the event, we will do a 30-minute transformative exercise where we will reconnect with our inner child. To fully immerse yourself in this experience, I encourage you to bring along your baby pictures. For the best results, please try to bring pictures where you were looking directly into the camera, capturing the sparkling joy and wonder in your eyes. Whether you were a newborn, toddler, or teenager, we want to see the kid you once were, from the ages of 0 to 17 years.

I will guide the attendees through:
-What is an inner child
-What wounds the inner child
-How it is affecting us
-Ways to connect and nurture our inner child

Conscious Relationships

Conscious relationships refer to a type of relationship in which both partners are actively and intentionally working to improve themselves and their relationship. This often involves being self-aware and understanding one's own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as being able to communicate effectively with one's partner and being willing to take responsibility for one's actions. Conscious relationships are characterized by mutual respect, trust, and honesty, and a commitment to personal and relationship growth. Conscious relationships can be between romantic partners, friends, family members, or any other type of relationship.

This workshop is ideal for individuals who:
