Secret of getting things done and being successfull is my time management practice.

Since 2000 I run my timesheet and record all activities detailed to 1 minute.

I have a great masterclass on using time management practice combined with project management practices to be successfull in life.

I use bed of nails for concentration and energy increasing, my record in 45 minutes standing on bed of nails and I can add this practice demo to a master class.

BUSINESS STRATEGY

All big projects are linked to organization strategy.

So my project management career evolved to business management.

I got trained at IOD UK and worked for a number of Boards as independent director.

I am also active member of CFA Institute.

So I love to speak on linking business strategy to project management, project portfolio and project management office.

NON FOR PROFIT AND VIRTUAL PROJECTS

In 2016 I have founded a non for profit project management association where members join to make projects together completely virtual.

In 2020 we have 2000+ members, making this organization largest in Eastern Europe.

I love to share my experience in community building and virtual project management practices.
