A Licensed Optician and Certified Contact Lens Technician by trade, she has also excelled as an Office Administrator, project manager, and executive support leader across healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors.
Ms. Frazier is the Founder and Managing Owner of TNFrazier Enterprises, LLC, a leadership development and business consulting firm based in New York City. Through her company, she empowers professionals and organizations with the structure, strategy, and clarity needed to transform, navigate change, and flourish. Her services include continuing education workshops, leadership coaching, strategic consulting, and project-based administrative services—each designed to elevate both people and performance.
Currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Franklin University, Ms. Frazier is committed to continuous growth and innovation. Her academic background includes an MBA in Business Management from Monroe College, a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration, and an Associate in Applied Science in Ophthalmic Dispensing, both from New York City College of Technology.
