Tucky Allen

Tucky Allen has worked in the Workforce Development, Business Development, recruitment, retention and training areas for the past 20 plus years. Before coming to Kansas WorkforceONE (LA1) he was the manager of a temporary staffing agency and Business Services Rep. for the Kansas Department of Commerce. He has been able to develop great relationships with area Chambers/Economic Development Groups, employers and jobseekers along the way and looks forward to continued success!

Tucky finds it rewarding to assist companies with finding recruitment, retention and training avenues that will ultimately help their bottom line. He also finds it very rewarding and necessary to work with the unemployed or underemployed and assist them with obtaining their career goals. Tucky is a lifetime Kansas resident and attended Marymount College and Hutchinson Community College and holds 2 degrees in Business and Psychology.
