Troy Rand

Troy grew up in textbook dysfunction and has gone down many destructive paths in life, including drug addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. But he always maintained an optimistic outlook on life and has gone on to earn a PhD, complete marathons, ultramarathons, and an IronMan triathlon. He also has a wife, two children, and a house in sunny Florida. Troy's life is not perfect by any means, but he maintains the optimistic outlook that helped him achieve all of his successes and looks forward to many more victories in the future.
