As a senior executive level capital markets expert, Tripp Crane leverages more than 20 years of investment banking success to help his clients achieve their objectives. He has led and closed over $20 billion in transactions for public & private operating companies, financial institutions, real estate funds, early-stage startups, and debt funds. Transactions have included mergers & acquisitions, senior and subordinated debt, preferred securities, PIPE (private investment in public entities), bank loan, and equity issuance. Tripp has also traded public equities, distressed debt, and loans as principal of his own firm and as a registered representative of respected institutional broker/dealers. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, the Certificate in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and FINRA Series 7 (General Securities), 79 (Investment Banking), and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) Securities Licenses. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), CRE Finance Council, and CFA Society of Memphis. A graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville (B.S., Business Administration) and the University of Memphis (M.B.A., Finance & Investments), Tripp lives in Germantown, TN with his wife, Mandy, and children.
