After spending decades navigating medical misdiagnosis, chronic illness, and the isolation of living with multiple rare diseases — including hypogammaglobulinemia and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome — Trena discovered that her greatest pain was actually the foundation of her calling. Today, she uses her platform to lead the #MakeRareVisible movement, advocate for patient rights, and bring hope to families within the rare disease community.
Professionally, Trena is a brand strategist and marketing expert with an MBA and years of experience helping entrepreneurs, pageant queens, and nonprofit leaders elevate their voice, expand their influence, and build legacies that last. She is also the founder of The Royal Buzz Podcast, where she shares stories of resilience, leadership, advocacy, and purpose-driven living.
