Travis Herberger

Painter Travis Herberger, born and raised in Longview, Texas is captivated by watercolors. His work often depicts busy urban settings because he can use a lot of colors. He moves things around for the sake of composition - but never eliminates anything just for the sake of making it "pretty".

Travis spends a lot of his time drawing. He does it from photographs and also creates original paintings, creating them on-site with his own brushes. Travis has been participating in the local sketch group for 5 years now, and he regularly draws live models too!

Travis Herberger's travels and experiences with art have influenced his work over the years. His artwork has been featured in some of the most prestigious art magazines, including Time magazine and The New Yorker.
