Hi, my name is Tracy Garley and I am the chief executive officer of CashFundHer.com, founder of City Girls Big Dreams.com, and owner of West African Lifestyle Brand, Zarkpa’s.

Leveraging my entrepreneurial background, I am a financial technology executive building CashFundHer.com as a premium crowdfunding ecosystem for girls and women to live their dreams. I was born in the West African Country of Liberia and moved to the United States at the age of eleven. I Graduated from Michigan State University and was a keynote speaker on the topics of female entrepreneurship, leadership, and professional networking.

As the CEO of two technology companies I wanted “To gain users and attention, so I developed City Girls Big Dreams weekly online “Dream Session” events for girls, women, and their supporters to learn about CashFundHer.com while connecting with mentors to develop their goals then collect money online. The Dream Session events are coordinated by interns I mentor in the spring, summer, and fall semesters, as part of an internship program designed for CashFundHer.com to grow the number of women with experience working at technology companies.”

It’s in each of these roles that I strive daily to create opportunities for girls and women to transform their dreams into reality through collaboration, partnerships and social networking.

In 2014 I opened the doors of my first business, “Zarkpas” in the heart of downtown Detroit; my 25th birthday gift from my parents. Zarkpas, is the namesake of my paternal grandmother in Liberia and means “debt-free.”

Still a family business led by all women, Zarkpas is co-owned by me and my mother, with original designs cut by experienced in-house seamstress, Ms. Kima Delleh.

Since evolving the business into a globally accessible online store, Zarkpas operates with a focus on exposing the world to the intricacies and diversity of West African fashion through custom apparel, handbags and accessories.
