As a Professional Speaker, Tim Webb, LPCS has spoken for 15 years and in all 50 states on a variety of behavioral health topics including:

* Crisis and conflict management
* Substance abuse recovery
* Mental status exams
Recently, Tim developed additional areas of focus including:
* Performance Enhancement for athletes, executives, sales staff and special operators
* Success coaching
* Trauma recovery including the use of EMDR with special focus on Veterans and First Responders
* Incorporating spirituality into the healing and recovery process
* Clinical program development, especially in the recovery space
* Men's issues
* Advocating for people from marginalized communities, in inter-racial relationships and those from different cultures.
A former facility CEO, Tim was recognized as the 2021 CEO of the Year for Summit Behavioral Health as he beat budget by over 100% while achieving a 95% employee retention rate and outstanding patient satisfaction survey results. He has driven census in both that role and as an Admissions Director and Business Development Representative. Currently,
Tim is the Clinical Director for a residential, substance abuse recovery facility where he has developed a state-of-the-art clinical program while significantly increasing billings and achieving a 95% documentation success rate. Additionally, he is the CEO of his business, Guardian Clinical Associates, PLLC where he provides tele-behavioral health therapy including EMDR. Tim encourages clients to use the FOCUS method to find and harness their life's purpose and passion to lead a life of fulfillment and success. Through Guardian, he also consults with organizations regarding clinical program development, census growth and due diligence for acquisitions.
Tim is an avid powerlifter and placed first in the Master's Division of the USAPL Chaos Open. He lives in Poquoson, VA with his fiancé.
