I have 10 years of experience working intensely with individuals to help them transform their lives. It is a passion of mine to empower individuals to be the best that they can possibly be and help them gain valuable insight in their lives. I am licensed as a professional clinical counselor and I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. I am certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator for Lexington, Kentucky as well as a trained facilitator for the Families In Transition program for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

I also have experience public speaking and with topics that discuss self-care, stress management, and the mind-body connection.
