Bio

Theresa Nguyen is a Mindfulness Practitioner and Podcaster highlighting the Asian American experience. Her passion is to re-humanize the immigrant and refugee experience through storytelling and sharing the tragedies that turned into triumphs. Through hearing other stories of human suffering, her hope is that it creates empathy and ignites action. She loves to travel the world with her family and has a mission to make an impact worldwide through coaching and speaking.
